Stephen Peskosky

Vice President, Corporate Development
Stephen Peskosky was named Vice President, Corporate Development in May 2016. In this role, Steve is responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of strategies to meet Carpenter’s core organizational objectives. Steve guided the company through the acquisitions of Puris LLC, LPW Technology Ltd, and CalRAM, the divestiture of Specialty Steel Supply, and completed strategic collaboration agreements with Burloak Technologies Inc., and GE Additive. He has also been instrumental in defining Carpenter’s Additive Manufacturing strategy.

During Steve’s more than three decades with Carpenter, he has held multiple executive level positions spanning the commercial, technical, finance, and manufacturing disciplines. Positions include Vice President, Strategic Primes Group; Vice President, Forged Bar and Billet Business Unit; Vice President, International Operations; Director, Business Development – Asia Pacific; and General Manager, Strip Business Unit. His knowledge and experience across all functional areas of Carpenter serve the company well in his current role.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, Pennsylvania. Other academic achievements include Immersion French language training from The Berlitz School in Toronto, Ontario; graduate level executive training at Pennsylvania State University, Malvern, Pennsylvania; American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird University, Glendale, Arizona; and Immersion Mandarin language training at The Berlitz School, Shanghai, China.
